1. About Samsara Sport

The website is operated by Max Brodin and Hugo Walther under the trading partnership Samsara Sport Handelsbolag with the organization number: 969799-9358. We operate under Swedish laws and pay Swedish taxes.

The company is located in Bjärred, Sweden.

2. Order

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will include all the details about the products, prices, billing, and delivery address.

If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at samsarasport@gmail.com.

3. Delivery

Our standard delivery times are 1-5 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday. Orders abroad Sweden will be delivered in 3-5 business days.

4. Prices

All prices in the store are in SEK (Swedish Kronor), and all prices include VAT. We apply VMB (Value Added Tax on Certain Goods) to some items. If you are shopping from another country then Sweden th 

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information.

5. Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing items on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the date you received the ordered item.

5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notification should be sent to us at samsarasport@gmail.com. In your message, include your name, address, email address, order number, and a clear description of the items for the return.

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notification. You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the depreciation compared to the original value of the item for used or damaged products, at least 15%. We will refund the amount within 1-14 days after the return has been approved.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons, and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
  • Products that have the character of sealed sound or image recordings, and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal touch according to your specifications.
  • Services that have been fully performed, and where you have expressly consented to the service starting without the right of withdrawal.
  • Perishable goods, such as food.
  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.
  • If the item is used or suspected to have been used. If the seal or price tag is removed, we can no longer guarantee that the item is unused, and therefore, the right of withdrawal is not approved.

It is up to the customer to personally inspect the item and then exercise the right of withdrawal if the product is unused.

6. Complaints and Claims

We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, undertake to rectify the error free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

Complaints should be made as soon as the defect is discovered.

All items are sold in their existing condition, and the condition of the product is clearly described through images and text. If you need more images or a clearer description of any damages, you can send an email to samsarasport@gmail.com or a direct message on Instagram @samsarasport. We never sell products with damages that worsen over time or affect performance.

According to the Sale of Goods Act, an item sold in its existing condition is considered defective if:

  • The item does not correspond to the information provided by the seller about the item's characteristics or use before the purchase and this has affected the purchasing decision.
  • The seller has withheld information about the item's characteristics or intended use before the purchase, and this has affected the purchasing decision.
  • The item is in significantly worse condition than what the buyer could have expected in relation to the price and other circumstances.

6.1 How to Proceed with a Complaint?

Any defects and faults should always be reported to samsarasport@gmail.com, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.

If we are unable to rectify the defect or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. In the case of complaints, we follow the guidelines of the Consumer Complaints Board (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), see arn.se.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not accept liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.

We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers.

Furthermore, no responsibility is accepted for any changes to products/product properties made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

8. Product Information

We reserve the right to any printing errors on this website and the sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the exact appearance of the products, as there may be some color variation depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

Information shared with the shipping company includes first name, last name, and address details for delivery. Email addresses and/or mobile numbers may also be shared with the shipping company for notifications. The shipping companies we collaborate with are: Postnord.

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is done to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use the newsletter for sending newsletters.
